What is a crisis hotline?

A crisis line is a line of communication (text, video chat, phone line) staffed by trained volunteers with the goal of helping a people experiencing an immediate mental health crisis de-escalate the situation and identify the best options for seeking help locally.

Mental Health Warmline

What is a warmline?

A warmline is a helpline designed for people looking for emotional support before a crisis. Mental health warmlines are generally staffed by people who have lived experience with mental health challenges. They are NOT intended for emergency situations.

Washington Warm Line

Call 1-877-500-9276 Monday-Sunday, 9:00 am-10:00 pm. All calls are confidential. Immediate interpretation is available in more than 155 languages.

Kitsap Mental Health Services

Kitsap Mental Health Services provides a variety of mental health treatment services to adults, youth, and children who are Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, or under insured. Among their many services are 24/7 crisis services, substance use residental treatment, adult and youth inpatient services, housing services, a supported employment program, and outpatient treatment for adults, children and youths. Agape Unlimited

Agape is a non-profit outpatien substance use disorder treatment program in Kitsap County offering a variety of services, to include theraputic courts, on-site childcare, housing programs, diagnostic evaluations, and mental health services. Kitsap Clubhouse

Kitsap Clubhouse is a community center for people living with severe mental illness rub by Kitsap Mental Health Services. The program is structured around the “Work-Ordered Day,” where members of the clubhouse identify talents, develop skills, and build self-confidence by helping staff run the program. In addition to helping members develop their skills, the clubhouse also hosts regular socials and team building trips to help members build connections. Open Path Psychotherapy Collective

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a nationwide nonprofit network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in office and online mental health care to clients at a steeply reduced rate. Clients pay a one-time lifetime membership fee of $65. They are then able to select a therapist, who will charge them a sliding-scale fee of between $30-$70 per session. SMART Recovery

SMART Recovery was established in 1994 to meet the increasing demand of a secular, evidence based alternative to the 12-Step addiction recovery program. The program is free and evidence based. Rebuilding Hope Sexual Assault Center

Call 1-855-757-7273 if you are in crisis, need information, or need a referral. Services available 24/7. Folks can also chat with an advocate via the organizations online chat feature from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.

Rebuilding Hope is a sexual assault center dedicated to serving both Kitsap and Pierce Counties. As a part of their mission, they provide 24/7 crisis services, case management services, advocacy services, therapy, and prevention education. Services are available in both English and Spanish. Scarlet Road is an organization that exists to help people exit sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. As a part of their efforts, they provide a variety of services, to include solutions and resources to exit the industry safelyand heal. They serve Kitsap and North Mason counties.
